Order One 120 link chain from your favorite sprocket company and cut it down yourself to the correct size (118 link).
Loosen the Chain Adjuster with a 12mm Open End Wrench.
Loosen the Axle nut with a 22mm Socket and Long Breaker Bar.
You will need to loosen the canister lower bolt with a 6mm allen socket to remove it as well as the bolt on the right rear foot peg bracket.
Next you will need to remove the heat shield over the turbo exhaust with a 13mm socket.
Take a 12mm and 14mm socket and remove the Motor Mount near the right of the Exhaust.
Remove the Shift Linkage from the spindle with a 10mm open end box end wrench.
You will need a long 6mm allen wrench to remove the Turbo Exhaust bolts as displayed picture.
You will need 8mm socket to remove the sprocket cover.
This is the hardest part and I always get mad so don't feel bad if you get frustrated. You need to remove the sprocket engine cover. This is exactly how you will have to do it, pull and push the exhaust to the far bottom right (you will have to wiggle it some) then lift from the left bottom the cover towards you to pull it off.
I know I know this is a long process but hang in there. Now the fun part you will need two people for this or a 2x4 peace of wood to lock the rear wheel. First remove the Lock Washer with a trusty hammer and long flat head screw driver. Have your partner hold the rear break lever down to lock the rear wheel and use a 1 1/4 inch socket (half inch driver with long breaker bar) to remove the front sprocket.
Now you can pull the rear Axle and let the chain hang.
The front should look like this when your done.
Now take your rim and set it break side down so you can remove and install the rear sprocket with a 14mm socket.
Now reinstall the rear rim on the bike the same way you took it off.
Now put the front sprocket on and the same way you took it off. Finish by putting the chain and the chain guard on. This is what it looks like before and after the project is complete.
